Smoking:
Smoking is extremely bad for arteries all over your body and greatly increases the chance of heart attacks, strokes, aneurysms and many other circulatory conditions. For health reasons is it best to avoid smoking altogether.
Weight:
Being overweight is linked to diabetes, hypertension, cancer, heart attacks, strokes and many other conditions. Maintaining a healthy weight reduces the chance of circulatory disorders.
